the experience is like opening up a white envelope to a colourful lining or eating watermelon on a hot summer day. Suddenly I wanted to see what was inside ATB. I opened an account. That was about a year ago. Recently the sign in form transformed and I had a what felt like data design in my account. I said WOW. A bank with colour and UX. Sweet.

especially the new color palette it is so "pop" 

Now my bank says that it wants to build a world class UX team.  I believe you and I want to be a part of your team! Below are key take aways from the IA Summit in Vancouver in March. The best workshop was "Mapping the Ecosystem". I was part of a team comprised of members of UX teams from Facebook, Amazon, Audible and United Airlines. That alone was a great experience! What I learnt about collaboration and mapping ecosystems would greatly benefit ATB's UX process...I would love to share more..

The theme of the iA summit was how to retain 'human" experience in the face of AI. ATB is off to a great start with Pepper! She might have been a little less clinical white --  missing the fun color continuity that appears in your

new branding..
